This Privacy Policy explains how Ridgeline Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us”) handles data in connection with our Grafana plugin(s) (the “Plugin”) distributed through the Grafana Labs Marketplace.

1. How the Plugin works

The Plugin runs inside your own Grafana environment. It queries the systems you configure it to monitor (for example, infrastructure APIs or certificate endpoints) and renders the results in your Grafana. Your operational data and any credentials you enter remain within your Grafana environment.

2. Data we do not collect

In normal operation, we do not collect, store, or transmit your monitored data, metrics, credentials, or Grafana contents to our own servers.

3. Limited data we process

Support communications. If you contact us for support, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email, and the details of your request) to respond to and support you.
External checks, where a plugin requires them. Certain features may require the Plugin to contact an endpoint operated by us or a sub-processor in order to perform a check that cannot be performed from inside your environment. Where that applies, only the minimum information needed to perform the check (such as a hostname you ask us to check) is transmitted, and we do not retain your monitored content. Any such behavior is described in that plugin’s Marketplace listing and documentation.
Billing. Purchases are handled by Grafana Labs as reseller and seller of record. We receive limited transaction and reporting information from Grafana Labs; we do not receive your payment-card details.

4. Sub-processors and third parties

We may rely on Grafana Labs (distribution and billing) and Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, email routing, and network services). We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

We retain support communications only as long as necessary to provide support and to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we process.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you (such as support communications). Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

8. International processing

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
